Template 1.0.0. This tool does not inspect your repository. Confirm versions, commands and conventions yourself. Instruction-file support and scope vary between coding agents; check your client before use. No credentials or project files are requested, stored or uploaded.

## Inspect before editing
- Read the README, package manifest, lockfile and existing project instructions first.
- Confirm actual framework versions, scripts, routes and architecture; these selections are preferences, not repository facts.
- Preserve existing functionality, URLs, design and saved user data. Make focused changes.
- Use npm with the existing lockfile. Do not replace the package manager or install dependencies without a clear need.

## Implementation
- Framework preference: React. Keep rendering pure. Follow the Rules of Hooks. Derive values from existing state rather than duplicating them in effects. Preserve existing component boundaries.
- Use TypeScript with the existing compiler settings. Narrow unknown inputs and avoid broad any types.
- Styling preference: CSS. Reuse existing tokens, components and responsive conventions before adding new styles.
- Follow the existing state management and API conventions; do not add a new state library or backend by default.
- Support keyboard navigation, visible focus, associated form labels, meaningful errors and reduced motion where relevant.
- Never commit credentials, private keys or sensitive local paths. Do not send pasted code or user data to external services without explicit consent.
- Prefer browser-only processing and static assets. No paid APIs, hosted inference or new subscriptions by default.

## Verification
- Testing preference: Existing tests. Inspect actual installed tools and scripts before running commands; do not invent script names.
- Test critical transformations and representative error cases. Run the relevant lint, typecheck and build commands that exist in the manifest.
- Record pre-existing failures separately. Do not disable rules or remove tests to obtain a pass.
- Report changed behavior, checks performed and remaining limitations. Do not claim deployment or end-to-end success without verification.

When to use these instructions

Start a consistent review workflow for an existing frontend project. Choose its conventions, review the generated rules, then merge them with existing instructions rather than overwriting those files.

This is deterministic template generation. It does not validate source code, infer your architecture or guarantee an agent will follow every rule.
